Further Bond or Further Building Loan

A Further advance is taken up when the value of your property exceeds the value of your existing home loan, and you choose to take a second bond over this additional value. A further amount is then advanced on the additional value registered in your second bond.

This option puts you in the position to renovate and upgrade or to consolidate your debt and take control of your finances or other use.
