Process - Payout - Advance

We prepare your Home Loan Application and after signing, we send it electronically to the bank of you choice. You will be kept up to date with the bank process as we do a daily follow up on all applications. It takes anything from two to five working days to get an Approval In Principal. All depends on your profile at the bank and how time-consuming the application is.

Ourselves, or the bank will contact you for the valuation and inspection of the bank–appointed property assessor to visit the property. If approved, the application will be finalized and final terms of business will be communicated to you on receiving the “grant” the bank’s “Quotes” (under the new rule of the The National Act), which is binding for 5 days, after expectance. The registering attorneys will contact you to sign documentation prior to registration. Payout of your Home Loan will commence 72 hours after registration. If you decide to take up an advance through the bank or bridging company payout of monies will commence 48 hours after signing, cash in your pocket before registration takes place.
